A close squash buddy suggested Kambo Wraps and Gopikrishnan to me. I live in Bangalore and play squash actively in the league circuit. Most squash players will agree that this sport for us is an integral part of life, almost an addiction! So when a pet racquet of yours breaks, it is heartbreak. And my racquet had taken a fair hit (: With trepidation in my heart, I send the racquet to Gopi and then started a very pleasant and professional journey. Gopi was professionalism personified, very caring and consultative in his approach while being completely responsive to the situation. I am very impressed by Kambo and Gopi's commitment and service. Now on the racquet repairs, my Dunlop Biomimetic (Nick Mathew version) is 130 gms and a balanced one. Post the repairs, the racquet seems to have gained weight (approx 5-7 gms), initially it did feel odd, but on playing, didn't hamper my play at all. Having played a few matches with it, I am now completely at home with the feel and flow of the racquet. I had strung the racquet to 24 pounds, which is my usual tension, it worked like a breeze. Of course, being an intermediate player, my level is not so great that a small change can affect the game unlike the pros :) This experience has cost me INR 1000.00 approx including shipping and overall 5-6 days. But the value I have got is multiple times over. I am hoping that the racquet will serve me a year and it still would be a great return on investment. Cheers Gopi for running a great service.
